Guests who book a total of 4 nights will receive a 10% discount off of their rate.

Guests who book a total of 7 nights will receive a 20% discount off of their rate.

Frequent repeat guests who book a fourth time with Sunset View Cottages will receive a 10% discount.

*No discounts or gift certificates may be applied during the following dates: The Natchez Spring or Fall Pilgrimages, The Natchez Balloon Races, The 4th of July, The Natchez Festival of Music, or Angels on the Bluff.

Do you accept all credit cards?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. A full deposit is required at the time of your reservation.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

No, checks and money orders are not accepted.

Are there a minimum number of nights we have to stay?

There is a minimum of two (2) nights required to stay at Sunset View Cottages.

What if I need to cancel after making a reservation?

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

What time do we have to check in/check out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm the day you arrive. Check-out is at 11:00 am the day you depart.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at Sunset View Cottages.

Is breakfast included with my stay?

Sunset View Cottages are rentals. Breakfast is not included.

What does a fully stocked kitchen include?

A fully stocked kitchen includes: all cooking utensils, dinnerware, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave and toaster oven.

What is parking like at Sunset View Cottages?

There is parking available on the premises. Each cottage has its own off-street designated spot.

I’m not going to be renting a car when I am in Natchez? Is there public transportation that will take me near your bed and breakfast? Or will I need to rent or hire a car?

We suggest renting a car for your stay in Natchez. However, transportation can also be arranged from wherever you arrive for an additional fee. Just inquire when booking!

Does the property have Internet access?

High-speed wireless Internet is available.

Is there television?

We have access to streaming services via smart TV at each cottage.

Is there laundry on-site?

The Mill Cottage, Peabody House and The Gatekeeper’s Cottage have laundry units in-cottage.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is allowed on the porches of the cottages and outside on property grounds.

What time of year is the best to visit?

Natchez is beautiful at all times of the year. However, we consider spring and fall seasons to have the best weather.
